Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on copper phthalocyanine substituted with sulphonic acids and sulphonoamides, sodium salts (pro-jet cyan 1 RO feed and pro-jet cyan OF 1 RO feed).
