Legal Immigrant Health Restoration Act of 2005 - Amends titles XIX (Medicaid) and XXI (State Children's Health Insurance) (SCHIP) of the Social Security Act to require a State plan to provide medical assistance to eligible permanent resident pregnant women and children under the Medicaid and SCHIP programs.
