Aime Zyla Act of 2005 - Amends the Jacob Wetterling Crimes Against Children and Sexually Violent Offender Registration Act to extend registration requirements to any person adjudicated a juvenile delinquent for conduct that would be an offense requiring registration if committed by an adult.
