Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on Formulations of Tralkoxydim which include Tralkoxydim Technical 2-Cyclohexen-1-one,2-[1-(ethoxyimino)propyl]-3-hydroxy-5(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)-(9C1).
