Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2009, the duty on Hexanedioic acid, polymer with 1,4-butanediol, 1,6-diisocyanatohexane and 1,6-hexanediol, 2-((2-aminoethyl)amino)ethanesulfonic acid, of a concentration 39 % or greater in aqueous dispersion (Bayderm Finish DLH).
