To suspend temporarily the duty on 1,6-Hexanediamine, N,N'- bis(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4- piperidinyl)-, polymer with 2,4,6-trichloro-1,3,5-triazine, reaction products with N-butyl- 1-butanamine and N-butyl- 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4- piperidinamine.

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on 1,6-Hexanediamine, N,N'- bis(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4- piperidinyl)-, polymer with 2,4,6-trichloro-1,3,5-triazine, reaction products with N-butyl- 1-butanamine and N-butyl- 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4- piperidinamine.

      To suspend temporarily the duty on 1,6-Hexanediamine, N,N'- 
bis(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4- piperidinyl)-, polymer with 2,4,6-trichloro-
  1,3,5-triazine, reaction products with N-butyl- 1-butanamine and N-
             butyl- 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4- piperidinamine.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. 1,6-HEXANEDIAMINE, N,N'- BIS(2,2,6,6-TETRAMETHYL-4- 
              PIPERIDINYL)-, POLYMER WITH 2,4,6-TRICHLORO-1,3,5-
              TRIAZINE, REACTION PRODUCTS WITH N-BUTYL- 1-BUTANAMINE 
              AND N-BUTYL- 2,2,6,6-TETRAMETHYL-4- PIPERIDINAMINE.

    (a) In General.--Subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized 
Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by inserting in 
numerical sequence the following new heading:
