To suspend temporarily the duty on Methyl 2-[(4,6-dimethoxypyrimidin-2-ylcarbamoyl)sulfamoyl]-G6a-(met hanesulfonamido)-p-toluate whether or not mixed with application adjuvants.

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on Methyl 2-[(4,6-dimethoxypyrimidin-2-ylcarbamoyl)sulfamoyl]-G6a-(met hanesulfonamido)-p-toluate whether or not mixed with application adjuvants.

To suspend temporarily the duty on Methyl 2-[(4,6-dimethoxypyrimidin-2-
 ylcarbamoyl)sulfamoyl]-G6a-(met hanesulfonamido)-p-toluate whether or 
                 not mixed with application adjuvants.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. METHYL 2-[(4,6-DIMETHOXYPYRIMIDIN-2-YLCARBAMOYL)SULFAMOYL]-
              A-(METHANESULFONAMIDO)-P-TOLUATE WHETHER OR NOT MIXED 
              WITH APPLICATION ADJUVANTS.

    (a) In General.--Subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized 
Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by inserting in 
numerical sequence the following new heading:
