To suspend temporarily the duty on 5-Cyclopropyl-4-(2-methylsulfonyl-4-trifluoromethylbenxoyl)i soxazole (Isoxaflutole).

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on 5-Cyclopropyl-4-(2-methylsulfonyl-4-trifluoromethylbenxoyl)i soxazole (Isoxaflutole).

To suspend temporarily the duty on 5-Cyclopropyl-4-(2-methylsulfonyl-4-
           trifluoromethylbenxoyl)i soxazole (Isoxaflutole).

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. 5-CYCLOPROPYL-4-(2-METHYLSULFONYL-4-
              TRIFLUOROMETHYLBENXOYL)ISOXAZOLE (ISOXAFLUTOLE).

    (a) In General.--Subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized 
Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by inserting in 
numerical sequence the following new heading:
