  To designate the Department of Veterans Affairs outpatient clinic in 
  Appleton, Wisconsin, as the ``John H. Bradley Department of Veterans 
  Affairs Outpatient Clinic''. <<NOTE: Mar. 23, 2006 -  [H.R. 1691]>> 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.

     The Department of Veterans Affairs outpatient clinic in Appleton, 
Wisconsin, shall after the date of the enactment of this Act be known 
and designated as the ``John H. Bradley Department of Veterans Affairs 
Outpatient Clinic''.

SEC. 2. REFERENCES.

    Any reference in any law, regulation, map, document, record, or 
other paper of the United States to the facility referred to in section 
1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``John H. Bradley Department 
of Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic''.
