To require notice of exceptions applied by the Department of Defense to certain requirements to procure items made in the United States.
Berry Amendment Notification Act - Provides that if the Secretary of Defense makes an exception to the requirement that certain items procured by the Department of Defense must be grown, reprocessed, reused, or produced in the United States, then the Secretary must post a notification of such exception on the Internet site maintained by the General Services Administration known as FedBizOps.gov (or any successor site).
Adds clothing materials and components to the items for which such Buy American requirement will apply.
