To amend title 18, United States Code, to punish the placing of sexual explicit photographs on the Internet without the permission of the persons photographed.
Personal Pictures Protection Act of 2005 - Amends the Federal criminal code to prohibit placing photographs of a person's sexually explicit conduct on a computer so that they are accessible on the Internet, with the intent to embarrass or cause such person emotional distress and without such person's permission.
