Proposing an amendment the Constitution of the United States limiting the number of consecutive terms that a Senator or Representative may serve and providing for 4-year terms for Representatives.

Constitutional Amendment - Prohibits any person who has been: (1) a Senator for four full consecutive terms from again serving as a Senator; or (2) a Representative for 24 full consecutive years from again serving as a Representative. (Excludes terms that began before this Amendment becomes valid.)

Requires Members of the House of Representatives to be elected every 4th year.
