Provides for an adjournment of the House of Representatives from February 1, 2006, until February 7, 2006 (or until another time of reassembly under this concurrent resolution) and from February 8 or 9, 2006, until February 14, 2006 (or until another time of reassembly).
Requires the Speaker of the House or his respective designee, after consultation with the Minority Leader of the House to notify the Members of the House to reassemble at such place and time as he may designate whenever, in his opinion, the public interest shall warrant it.
