Expressing the sense of Congress that Cote d'Ivoire be encouraged and supported by the United States in its efforts to hold democratic elections in the very near future.

States that: (1) Congress, along with the Bush Administration, rejects the call for postponement of elections in Cote d'Ivoire; and (2) the United States should commit the necessary resources to ensure that such elections take place at the earliest possible date.
