Accepts in the name of the United States the statue of Po'Pay, furnished by the people of New Mexico, for placement in National Statuary Hall. Tenders the thanks of Congress to the people of New Mexico for providing this commemoration of one of New Mexico's most eminent personages.
Authorizes New Mexico to use the Rotunda of the Capitol on September 22, 2005, for a presentation ceremony for the statue.
Limits the display of the statue in the Rotunda to six months and after which requires it to be moved to its permanent location in the National Statuary Hall.
