Authorizes: (1) present and former Senate employees to testify and to produce documents, except concerning matters for which a privilege should be asserted, in connection with the pending investigation into potential false statements to a Senate committee, and any related proceedings; and (2) the Senate Legal Counsel to represent such employees in connection with the testimony.
