Authorizes: (1) Joshua Thomas, a former employee of the Office of Senator Lamar Alexander, to testify and produce documents in the case of Ulysses J. Ward v. Department of the Army, except concerning matters for which a privilege should be asserted; and (2) the Senate Legal Counsel to represent him in connection with such case.
