Welcomes the Prime Minister of Singapore, His Excellency Goh Chok Tong, to the United States.
Expresses the gratitude of Congress to the Government of Singapore for its expressions of sympathy and support after the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks and its demonstrated willingness to fully cooperate with the United States in the global campaign against terrorism.
Reaffirms the commitment of Congress to the continued expansion of friendship and cooperation between the United States and Singapore.
