A bill to amend the Coos, Lower Umpqua, and Siuslaw Restoration Act to provide for the cultural restoration and economic self-sufficiency of the Confederation Tribes of Coos, Lower Umpqua, and Siuslaw Indians of Oregon, and for other purposes.
Requires the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Assistant Secretary for Indian Affairs, to develop a resource management plan for the Coos Tribal Forest.
Requires the Tribe to establish a separate account for watershed restoration purposes.
