Amends the Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Commission Act to require the Commission to: (1) study a possible rededication (currently redesignation) of the Lincoln Memorial; and (2) recommend to Congress a plan to carry out its duties.
Makes a current final report an interim report and adds a final report due no later than April 30, 2010.
