A bill to amend title 10, United States Code, to provide Survivor Benefit Plan annuities for surviving spouses of Reserves not eligible for retirement who die from a cause incurred or aggravated while on inactive-duty training.

Directs the Secretary of the military department concerned to pay an annuity to the surviving spouse of a member of the reserves not otherwise eligible for such annuity who dies from an injury or illness incurred or aggravated in the line of duty during inactive-duty training.
