A bill to extend waivers under the temporary assistance to needy families program through the end of fiscal year 2008.

Amends part A (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) (TANF) of title IV of the Social Security Act (SSA) to give States the option to continue to operate under waivers between January 1, 2002, and September 30, 2008, with respect to provision of assistance under a State TANF plan.
