following bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on
Energy and Natural Resources

A BILL
To amend the Energy Policy Act of 1992 to increase the allowable credit
for biodiesel use under the alternatively fueled vehicle purchase
requirement.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``EPACT Alternative Fuel Flexibility
Act of 2003''.
SEC. 2. BIODIESEL FUEL USE CREDITS.
Section 312(b) of the Energy Policy Act of 1992 (42 U.S.C.
13220(b)) is amended--
(1) by striking ``(b) Use of Credits.--'' and all that
follows through ``At the request'' and inserting the following:
``(b) Use of Credits.--At the request''; and
(2) by striking paragraph (2).
