A bill to amend the Uniform Code of Military Justice to apply to prosecutions of child abuse cases in courts-martial an extended statute of limitations applicable to prosecutions of child abuse cases in United States District Courts, and for other purposes.

Amends the Uniform Code of Military Justice to apply to court-martial prosecutions of child abuse cases the extended Federal statute of limitations applicable to child abuse cases in U.S. district courts (allows such prosecutions until the child reaches the age of 25).
