A bill to establish the Atchafalaya National Heritage Area, Louisiana.

Atchafalaya National Heritage Area Act - Establishes the Atchafalaya National Heritage Area in Louisiana.
Designates the Atchafalaya Trace Commission as the local coordinating entity of such Area which shall develop and implement an Area management plan for the protection, interpretation, and enjoyment of such Area, subject to the Secretary of the Interior's approval.
Prohibits the use of Federal funds to acquire real property.
Authorizes appropriations. Limits Federal cost sharing to 50 percent. Terminates the Secretary's authority to provide assistance to the Commission 15 years after the enactment of this Act.
