Amends the Prosecutorial Remedies and Other Tools to end the Exploitation of Children Today Act of 2003 (PROTECT Act) to eliminate the limit (18 months) on the duration of the Child Safety Pilot Program (provides for the processing of 100,000 10-fingerprint check requests from specified volunteer organizations through the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System).
