Antiterrorism Intelligence Distribution Act of 2003

Antiterrorism Intelligence Distribution Act of 2003 - Amends the Department of Homeland Security Act to require the Office for State and Local Government Coordination within the Office of the Secretary to identify the appropriate officials of each State who will require access to classified information to ensure the health and safety of its citizens. Specifies guidelines for identifying the appropriate State and local officials.

Amends the National Security Act of 1947 to require the Director of Central Intelligence to provide the appropriate national intelligence to State and local governments.

Requires the Secretary of Homeland Security to provide security clearances and appropriate training to such officials. Requires the Secretary provide the appropriate technology and facilities to ensure prompt, efficient, and secure transmittal, receipt, and storage of classified information.
