A bill to require congressional renewal of trade and travel restrictions with respect to Cuba.
Cuba Sanctions Reform Act of 2004 - Provides for the expiration of certain trade and travel restrictions with respect to Cuba unless such restrictions are renewed annually by a specified renewal resolution of the two Houses of Congress.
Authorizes the President with respect to Cuba to: (1) impose certain export controls; and (2) exercise certain emergency economic powers.
Referred to the Subcommittee on Domestic and International Monetary Policy, Trade, and Technology, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Chairman.
