A bill to provide for the reimbursement of air fare costs incurred by members of the United States Armed Forces for domestic travel while on leave from deployment overseas in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.

Directs the Secretary of Defense to reimburse air fare costs incurred by members of the armed forces in connection with travel within the United States while such members are on leave from deployment overseas in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom.
