A bill to extend eligibility for certain Federal benefits to citizens of the Freely Associated States.

Amends the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 to extend to citizens of the Freely Associated States (Republic of the Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, and Palau) eligibility for non-emergency Medicaid, food stamps, supplemental security income, and temporary assistance for needy families.
