A bill to provide for the establishment of a new Department of Veterans Affairs medical facility for veterans in the Columbus, Ohio, area.

Authorizes the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to construct a medical facility on available Federal land at the Defense Supply Center, Columbus, Ohio.
