bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Veterans'

A BILL
To provide for the establishment of a new Department of Veterans
Affairs medical facility for veterans in the Columbus, Ohio, area.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. NEW DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS MEDICAL FACILITY,
COLUMBUS, OHIO.
(a) Project Authorization.--The Secretary of Veterans Affairs is
authorized to construct a medical facility on available Federal land at
the Defense Supply Center, Columbus, Ohio.
(b) Funding.--There are authorized to be appropriated to the
Secretary of Veterans Affairs $90,000,000 for the purposes of
subsection (a).
(c) Medical Facility Defined.--In this section, the term ``medical
facility'' has the meaning given that term in section 8101(3) of title
38, United States Code.
