A bill to designate the visitors' center at Organ Piper Cactus National Monument, Arizona, as the "Kris Eggle Visitors' Center".

Designates the visitors' center at Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument, Arizona, as the Kris Eggle Visitors' Center. Dedicates such center to Eggle (a park ranger who was killed in the line of duty along the U.S.-Mexico border) and to promoting awareness of the risks taken each day by public land management law enforcement officers.

Directs the Secretary of the Interior to post interpretive signs at the visitors' center and at the trailhead of the Baker Mine-Milton Mine Loop that describe the important role of such officers in protecting visitors to units of the National Park System, that refer to the tragic loss of Eggle and to the dedication of the trail and visitors' center, and include a copy of this Act and Eggle's image.
