States that the House of Representatives urges the interim Government of Iraq to ensure: (1) that the charges brought against Saddam Hussein include the crimes his government committed against the people of Iran during the 1980-1988 Iran-Iraq war, including the use of chemical weapons; and (2) a transparent and fair trial against Saddam Hussein.
