States that the House of Representatives: (1) condemns in the strongest terms the terrorist attack in Jakarta, Indonesia, that occurred on September 9, 2004; (2) expresses its deepest condolences to the families of the victims and conveys its hope for the recovery of the injured; and (3) urges the United States, Indonesia, Australia, and all other countries to stand united against terrorism and to work together to bring to justice the perpetrators of the Jakarta terrorist attack.
