Extends the congratulations of the House of Representatives to the Tampa Bay Lightning hockey team for winning the 2004 National Hockey League Stanley Cup championship and for their outstanding performance during the entire 2003-2004 season.
Recognizes the achievements of the Tampa Bay Lightning players, coaches, owners, and staff who were instrumental in bringing the Stanley Cup to Tampa Bay.
Congratulates the Tampa Bay community as it celebrates its second major sports championship in less than two years.
