Expresses the thanks of the House of Representatives to and commends the Cable-Satellite Public Affairs Network (C-SPAN), together with Brian Lamb and the more than 275 C-SPAN employees, for their service to the House on the 25th anniversary of C-SPAN's first coverage of the proceedings of the House. Recognizes that for 25 years C-SPAN has met and continues to meet its mission of providing direct access to elected officials and has forever changed American political life.
