Fixes the daily hour of meeting for the House of Representatives for the second session of the 108th Congress. Sets the daily hour, until Monday, May 31,2004, at: (1) 2 p.m. on Mondays; (2) 12 noon on Tuesdays; and (3) 10 a.m. on all other days of the week.
Sets the daily hour from Monday, May 31, 2004, until the end of the second session, at: (1) 12 noon on Mondays; (2) 10 a.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays; and (3) 9 a.m. on all other days of the week.
