To direct the Secretary of Homeland Security to transfer to the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement all functions of the Customs Patrol Officers unit of the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection operating on the Tohono O'odham Indian reservation (commonly known as the "Shadow Wolves" unit), and for other purposes.
Shadow Wolves Border Defense Act - Requires the Secretary of Homeland Security to transfer to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) all functions of the Customs Patrol Officers unit of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) operating on the Tohono O'odham Indian reservation (commonly known as the Shadow Wolves unit).
Authorizes the Secretary to establish within ICE additional Customs Patrol Officer units. Requires such units to enforce the customs laws of the United States on Indian lands by preventing the smuggling of narcotics, weapons of mass destruction, and other contraband. Sets the rate of basic pay for journeymen Customs Patrol Officers in such units.
