Requires the Secretary concerned to pay a monthly bonus for each month of active duty to members of the Individual Ready Reserve who are ordered to active duty for a period of more than 30 days without their consent.
Preserves veterans disability compensation benefits for members of the Individual Ready Reserve who are ordered to active duty.
