Cultural Conservation of the Crossroads of Civilization Act

Cultural Conservation of the Crossroads of Civilization Act - Provides that the President may exercise authority to implement specified emergency restrictions on imports in order to protect certain archaeological or ethnological materials of Afghanistan which are illegally removed after enactment of this Act.

Authorizes such measures under the Convention on Cultural Property Implementation Act as if Afghanistan were a State Party under such Act.

Terminates the President's authority under this Act upon the earlier of: (1) five years after the President certifies normalization of U.S.-Afghanistan relations; or (2) September 30, 2009.
