Sexual Harassment Reporting and Posting Act of 2004 - Amends the Higher Education Act of 1965 (HEA) to require institutions of higher education that participate in any HEA student aid program to disseminate to prospective and enrolled students information describing procedures for receiving and responding to complaints of sexual harassment.
