To require a report on acts of anti-Semitism around the world.
Global Anti-Semitism Review Act of 2004 - Expresses the sense of Congress that: (1) the United States Government should continue to support efforts to combat anti-Semitism worldwide through bilateral relationships and interaction with international organizations; and (2) the Department of State should document anti-Semitic acts around the world.
Directs the Secretary of State to report on anti-Semitic acts around the world, including governmental responses to such acts.
