Summary

Repeals the continued dumping and subsidy offset under the Tariff Act of 1930.

Requires all amounts remaining, upon the enactment of this Act, in any special account established under such Act (as in effect on the day before the enactment of this Act) to be deposited in the general fund of the Treasury.
