To prohibit discrimination in the provision of life insurance on the basis of a person's previous lawful travel experiences.
Life Insurance Anti-Discrimination in Travel Act - Prohibits denying any person life insurance coverage, or making any distinction or otherwise discriminating in the issuance, cancellation, terms (including premium rates), or conditions of life insurance coverage, based upon that person's lawful travel experiences. Makes a violation of this Act an unfair method of competition and an unfair or deceptive act or practice under the Federal Trade Commission Act.
