Juvenile Protection From Sex Slavery Trafficking Act of 2004 - Amends the Federal criminal code to subject anyone who acts as a child sex trafficking kingpin to the death penalty, or to life imprisonment if the death penalty is not imposed. Defines such a kingpin as a person who: (1) violates the prohibition against sex trafficking of children as part of a continuing series of violations undertaken in concert with five or more other individuals with respect to whom that person occupies a position of management; and (2) obtains substantial income or resources from such violations.
