John Muir National Historic Site Boundary Adjustment Act - Adjusts the boundary of the John Muir National Historic Site to include specified lands and authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire those lands and interests in such lands.
Requires such lands and interests to be administered as part of the Site.
