Environmental Terrorism Reduction Act

Environmental Terrorism Reduction Act - Directs the Attorney General to establish and maintain a national clearinghouse for information on incidents of crime and terrorism committed or directed against any commercial activity (or connected person) because of its perceived effect on the environment.

Establishes in the Department of Justice the Environmental Terrorism Reduction Program. Authorizes the Attorney General to designate high intensity environmental terrorism areas qualifying for Federal assistance. Sets forth criteria for such designation, including the extent to which: (1) the area is a center of crimes committed in the name of the environment; and (2) a significant increase in Federal resources is necessary to respond adequately to environmental terrorism activities in the area.
