Requires a one-to-one (currently, one-to-four) match of Federal funds to non-Federal funds contributed for financial and technical assistance to mark, interpret, and restore non-Federal properties within Keweenaw National Historical Park. Increases the authorization of appropriations for such assistance and for development of the Park.
