To amend title 38, United States Code, to require the Secretary of Labor to provide staffing at military installations overseas to carry out employment counseling under the Transition Assistance Program for persons separating from active duty in the Armed Forces.
Servicemembers Overseas Outreach Act - Directs the Secretary of Labor to station Veterans' Employment and Training Service employees or contractors at veterans' assistance offices on overseas military installations to carry out employment counseling under the Transition Assistance Program and the Disabled Transition Assistance Program for persons separating from active duty and their spouses.
