To revise the boundary of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park and Gunnison Gorge National Conservation Area in the State of Colorado, and for other purposes.
Directs the Secretary of the Interior to transfer such land to the Park. Provides that, if land authorized for the grazing of livestock is exchanged for private land under this Act, the Secretary shall transfer any grazing privileges to the private land acquired. Permits grazing with respect to permits or leases issued to specified partnerships. Requires acquisitions of land or interest in land acquired under this Act to be made in accordance with such Act.
Provides that the Commissioner of Reclamation shall retain administrative jurisdiction over, and access to Bureau of Reclamation land, facilities, and roads in the East Portal and Crystal Dam areas for the maintenance, construction, replacement, and operation of water delivery facilities.
